The company at a glance
United Magazines Ltd. is part of the Otava Books and Magazines Group Ltd. The number of consumer magazines in its publishing programme is 47.
The United Magazines Group includes the Finnish Press Agency Ltd., the collection agency Lakiperintä Oy, as well as Ühinenud Ajakirjad AS, the magazine publishing company operating in Estonia. Ühinenud Ajakirjad publishes six periodicals in the country. The youngest subsidiary is Jungtiniai Leidiniai UAB in Lithuania with three magazines.
In 2007, the total circulation of our consumer and customer magazines was 2,166,441 volumes. The total turnover of the United Magazines Group in 2007 amounted to 149,6 million €. The number of staff is 610.
